TODDLER (one size fits most 2/3YRS) - 20.5-21" chest circ. 9-10" acr at bust (just under triangles above ruffle rounds. With top lying flat) Top height (top row in back to bottom rnd) = 7" Triangle Height = 3" 3)

CHILD (one size fits most 4-5yrs) - 22-24" chest circ. 11-12" acr at bust (just under triangles above ruffle rounds. With top lying flat) . Top height (top row in back to bottom rnd) = 11" Triangle Height = 3.25-3.5"
